Coil Reels

SH-Series    -    standard production series with load capacity from 3.000 to 30.000 kg

- movable keeper arms for coil guidance and centering
  (back plate optionally)

- mandrel expansion via directionally stable sliding wedges, easily operable even under weight 
  (electro-hydraulic expansion)

- highest quality reel arbor with doubled maintenance-free bearing and minimal deflection

- sturdy and warp resistant body in welded construction for highest stability

- SH-Series: without drive, with mechanically adjustable brake

- SHH-Series: Pull-Off Reel with manually adjustable break and auxiliary drive to support coil set-up

- SHM-Series: with three-phase A.C. motor for start/stop-operation
                           (loop control via initiator or lever arm with curve disc)

- SHR-Series: Payoff Reel with three-phase A.C. motor and frequency inverter for 
                          continuous operation (loop control either ultrasonic or via lever arm with potentiometer)
