A compact feed line is the shortest possible constructive form for a coil feed line.
It usually consists of a cradle-straightener-feeder, which performs all working the required steps like decoiling, straightening and feeding.
An innovative drive concept with a separate drive of the load rollers in connection with an ultrasonic-controlled loop makes a high number of strokes possible for this lin as well.
The coils are automatically aligned to the center of the line. It is very easy to insert the beginning of the material into the straightener head. The load rollers of the coil operate synchronuously with the straightener rollers. The straightener head can be opened up, the material is quickly and easily inserted. Adjusting the straightener rollers during the material change is obsolete.
